We're excited to announce that we've officially broken ground at Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, located on the Emerald Coast in Florida's Panhandle! Land development is underway on the initial phase which is planned for 3,500 homes, plus the Latitude Town Center with resort amenities situated along the Intracoastal Waterway. The model homes and sales center are projected to open in early 2021, so stay tuned for updates!
