Orlando, FL (August 19, 2019) — Latitude Margaritaville by Minto Communities was recognized by the Southeast Building Council (SEBC) with nine Aurora and Excel awards, including a Grand Aurora Award for Best 55+ Living Community for Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head, in South Carolina.
The Aurora and Excel awards were presented at the SEBC's Southeast Building Conference that took place in August in Kissimmee, Florida. The SEBC presents the largest building industry trade show in the Southeast. Aurora Awards are presented annually for community planning, product design, and interior merchandising. Excel Awards recognize achievements in marketing, advertising and sales.
In addition to the Grand Aurora Award, Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head won a Silver Award for Best Single Family Detached Model for the Trinidad model.
