Our mortgage professionals will help you with every step from pre-approval or pre-qualification to loan approval and closing.
4. Personalize your home
Choose your interior finishes, flooring, countertops and more! Visit our Design Center for inspiration.
5. Construction updates
You'll meet your homebuilder, take a "How We Build" tour and get to know the features of your home.
6. Welcome home!
On closing day, we'll hand over the keys to your brand new Minto home!
7. One month follow-up
Once you're settled in, we'll schedule a visit to make sure your home is everything you expected.
