Daytona Beach, FL (October 20, 2021) — Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach has announced the opening of its second phase of luxury resort-style amenities.

Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach already offers an irresistible concoction of fun, food, music and friends. Now, even more is on the way with the opening of phase two amenities at the community’s Town Center — providing residents with new experiences.

“Other communities have amenity centers but this one just pops. The Town Center itself offers so many opportunities to explore new things, cultivate talents, and meet others who share your interests,” said Ramona (Mona) Ward, Lifestyle Director for Latitude Margaritaville communities. “It has so much light and life to it. You just know it’s going to be fun as soon as you arrive.”

The newly opened amenities include a Workin’ N’ Playin’ Center that features a Coconut Telegraph Business Center with conference room and individual workstations, an Arts & Crafts room and Clayground pottery studio. Nautical Wheeler and Continental Drifter multi-purpose rooms include space for seminars, games, club activities and more.

Residents can tune up or trick out their golf carts at the neighborhood Hangar that also includes a Woodshop equipped with table saws, sanders and much more for woodworkers and do-it-yourselfers. And four-legged family members can get their pampering on at the Barkaritaville Pet Spa. In addition to grooming services, there will be pet foods, grooming tools and toys available. The new amenities also include an indoor lap pool at the Fins Up! Fitness Center, two additional tennis courts, three additional pickleball courts, and bocce ball courts with lighting for night play.

The Last Mango Theater is another addition to the Town Center. Here, residents can enjoy performances, banquets and, of course, dancing. It’s marquee will herald movies, shows, and more to be enjoyed by residents. “Our amazing talent booker will be bringing in theatrical performances, dance, music, magicians, comedians and other performers,” adds Ward.

In addition to the recently completed amenities, the Town Center includes a state-of-the-art Fins Up! Fitness Center, Latitude Bar & Chill restaurant, lagoon-style Paradise Pool with beach-like entry and Tiki Island, Changes in Attitude poolside bar, nature trails and Barkaritaville Dog Park. A dynamic Town Square features a thatched-roof bandshell with full-size concert stage and jumbo screen for live concerts and movies. A specially surfaced dance area provides extra cushion for dancers. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach residents also have their own private Beach Club on the Atlantic Ocean with continuous shuttle service from the community to the beach and back.

Island-inspired homes are designed to capture the “no worries” vibe that is a part of the lifestyle at Latitude Margaritaville. There are four distinct home collections – Conch Cottage Collection, Caribbean Villas Collection, and Beach and Island Collections of single-family homes. Floor plans range from approximately 1,204 to 2,564 square feet under air, and prices start from the $200s.

Daytona Beach is best known for the attractions that brought it to the attention of the world — the gorgeous Atlantic beaches and auto racing. However, today’s Daytona Beach is undergoing a dramatic and dynamic transformation, and has emerged as one of the country’s most desirable and livable communities. U.S. News & World Report just released a new national ranking that lists Daytona Beach as the third best place to retire in the USA.

The Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach sales center is located at 2400 LPGA Boulevard in Daytona Beach, Florida. The sales center and nine model homes are open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.
