Tampa, FL (January 28, 2020)  — The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) presented Minto Communities with 22 gold and silver awards at the 2020 International Builders Show (IBS) held in Las Vegas on January 21st – 22nd. The awards included recognition by NAHB's 55+ Housing Industry Council, the National Sales and Marketing Council, and Best in American Living Awards (BALA).

Minto was presented with five Best of 55+ Housing Industry Council Gold awards for Latitude Margaritaville. Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head won for Best Design Center and Best Brochure. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach won Best Sales/Marketing Event for the Town Center grand opening event; Best Outdoor Lifestyle Amenity for the community's Paradise Pool and Changes in Attitude Bar, and Best Integrated Marketing Strategy/Campaign for the Latitude Margaritaville and Wheel of Fortune Home Sweet Home Promotion.

Minto was presented nine Best of 55+ Housing Industry Council Silver awards for Latitude Margaritaville. Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head received awards in the categories of Best Attached Home up to 1,700 sq. ft. for the Antigua model; Best Direct Mail Campaign; Best Amenity on the Boards for the Latitude Town Center; Best Detached Home 2,501-3,000 sq. ft. for the Trinidad model; Best For Sale Community Over 200 Homes; Best Welcome Center, and Best Online Marketing Campaign. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach received Best Lifestyle Program and Best Indoor Amenity Space for the Fins Up! Fitness Center.

Minto also was presented with seven NAHB Nationals Awards for sales and marketing. Latitude Margaritaville received two Gold awards for Best Graphic Continuity and Best Special Promotion for the Latitude Margaritaville and Wheel of Fortune Home Sweet Home Promotion. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach also received four Silver awards for Best Master-Planned Community of the Year; Best Sales Center; Best Computer Generated Sales Tool; and Best Brochure Master for a Planned Community. Minto’s Senior Director of Marketing Channa Calzone received a silver award in the category of Marketing Professional of the Year.

In addition, to the awards for Latitude Margaritaville communities, Minto's Westlake community in Palm Beach County, Florida received a Best in American Living (BALA) Silver award for Best Single-Family Community Over 100 Homes.
