Rob Fortson was the best. Extremely informative and helpful. During the sales meetings he provided very helpful suggestions without the high pressure sales techniques and I greatly appreciated that. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help me with issues I had in my relocation. Rob is an invaluable asset to your company. If any of my friends move to Margaritaville, I would recommend they ask for Rob.

This was my second Minto home. I was happy with my first one and knew we would get a great home, excellent builder and quality again with Minto. We were right Minto exceeds expectations and does whatever can be done to make home buying a positive experience. That said our builder - Chip was awesome.

Dominick Hayes did an outstanding job. Was very knowledgeable but when he did not know the answer quickly sought out resources to provide the information. He was always accessible and checked in to make sure things were going well.

We liked the consistency of the Latitude Margaritaville theme and product. Everyone along the way was consistently on message. There was great communication and when speaking with the entire staff (Sales Center through HomeCare) was as if their responses were scripted....same answers and overall vision. That speaks well to the staff training and internal communication. Overall, a wonderful experience through move-in.

We truly enjoyed the Latitude Margaritaville sales experience with our sales representative, Kim Waggener. Kim did a great job explaining everything involved with the entire process. Kim was especially communicative since our side of the purchase was coordinated from Michigan. To this day, she follows up with quick phone calls and/or texts.

Dominick Hayes (Dom) was consistently courteous, respectful, prompt and diligent in responding to any questions we asked. He is very knowledgeable about our home and the community! Always kept us updated relating to any meeting cutoff dates, option selections or upgrades. Could not have asked for better service! John Strother, sales manager, was the first person we met and talked with on our initial visit. He was most helpful in so many ways! He made it possible for many things that made our new home as it is today! Rob provided valuable info, during general conversations, that has given us ideas for the future. Maggie (May) Creeden, Caleb Thompson, Tierra Henderson and Jessie Hubbard all greeted us with big beautiful smiles which made us feel at home. All great people!

We were initially told by the salesperson our home would be ready to close on Oct 22, 2018. After meeting with Brandon Dwyer, he stated his paperwork showed the window to finish was Nov 22 to Dec 22, 2018. We had already sold our home and put our belongings in storage in the middle of Sep. He stated he would do his best to have it ready before that. After the week of no work due to the hurricane evacuation we thought there was little chance we would be able to move-in in Nov. Brandon was able to have our home ready for closing on Nov 13, 2018. Great job, Brandon!
