Watersound Community Foundation

Latitude Margaritaville is committed to giving back to the greater community. The Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Community Foundation was created just for that reason. At each new home closing, $100 will be contributed to the Foundation by the buyer, and Minto will match that contribution dollar for dollar. The first phase of Latitude Margaritaville Watersound is estimated to generate $700,000. Additionally, as the community matures, $100 will be contributed by each buyer of a home resale to ensure the Foundation’s future viability. The Latitude Margaritaville Watersound Foundation funds will be distributed to organizations and initiatives that benefit the greater community.
