The awards were announced on March 4. Eliant Homebuyers' Choice Awards are presented each year to home builders judged by their own home buyers to have provided the best customer experience. Winning home builders were selected based on results from 170,000 surveys administered by Eliant to all recent homeowners of more than 185 major home builders throughout the U.S.

The Beach Club opens at the end of the January, and is exclusively for Latitude Margaritaville residents and their guests.

Daytona Beach, FL (January 11, 2021) — Minto Communities has closed on a 260-acre property just east of the existing Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach community to expand the popular development by 500 homes. Minto now is approved to build 3,900 homes at Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach.

Florida (December 14, 2020) — Every year for the Minto Communities USA holiday party, employees were encouraged to bring toys for the company's annual donation to Toys for Tots. The United States Marine Corps were also in attendance to not only collect those toys, but to also be recognized for their great work and service.
